Come on in for our team WOD tomorrow. Don't wear your finest gym clothes cause we will be breaking out the tires. It will be fun!!!

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In two equaled number teams complete
4 rounds each person of

1 Hill sprint to Fraisers and back
7 Tire flips
20 Sledge swings

One person from each team will begin at 3-2-1 go. When they finish their 7 Tire flips the next two people can start their run. So on and so forth till each individual on the teams has completed four rounds. The whole workout can be completed out side in the back of the building.
