Nice work today everyone. You all kicked ass on a tough WOD. Just a heads up on our schedule next week. We will be closed on the 4th of July. I hope you all will be able to celebrate with family and friends. On the morning of the 5th we will not hold a 0530 class, all other classes will be normal. We look forward to seeing you all in the gym tomorrow for some Snatches!!!

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy single Hang Power Snatch. If it’s feeling good and form is good go for more than a heavy and find a new 1RM.

3) 12 Minute AMRAP of
200m Run
10 Power Snatches 95/65
100m Run
20 Situps

4)Mobility/Stretching
