No matter what I do I can't get this amazing photo to sit straight. Congratulations to Coach Bri and her family. She welcomed a new baby boy (hit her up fo the name and details if you would like) to her family today. As we all know Bri is  huge part to our CrossFit Oak Harbor family and I am so excited to see her smiling with the new addition to her family. Thanks for all you do Bri and prayers to you, Joe, Owen and the new addition!!!

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) Shoulder press 7-7-7-7-7 Reps increasing weight looking for a new 7RM by the last set.

3) EMOM For 10 Minutes

Even Minutes - 7 Single Arm DB Push Presses each arm 50/35
Odd Minutes - 45 second hollow hold

4) Mobility/Stretching
