Join us this Wednesday for some good nutritional information. You do not have to be a member to join us for this, so please bring anyone who may be interested. With that being said we will not be having our normal 6:00 class on Wednesday, all other classes will be the same.
Also we will be holding another Ramp Up starting Monday June 11th. If you are on the fence about starting CrossFit this is a great place to begin your journey. It is 3 nights a week (Mon, Wed, and Fri) at 6PM. It lasts two weeks and is included in your first month membership. Pleas ehelp spread the word if you know someone interested.
