2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 5 power snatches

For time complete
30 Snatches

These can be power or Squat either way is acceptable.

4) For time complete 3 rounds of
100m single Arm Farmers carry switching Arms at the turnaround
30 Sit-ups

5) Mobility/Stretching
