Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led warm-up

2) In teams of 2 complete
150 HSPU
300 Sit-ups
150 Push-ups
300 Squats

Notes: One person works while the other runs 200m. Once the runner gets back switch and continue to chip away at the reps.
