Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Clean and Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3 Reps AHAP. Work up to around 85-95% of your 3RM and use for all sets. If you do not have a 3RM then find a heavy weight and use it for all sets. These are squat cleans and you only need to jerk the third rep of each set.

3) 10 Minute AMRAP of
50 Double Unders
5 Deadlifts
3 Hang Cleans
1 Push Jerk

1. The weight for all barbell movements will be the same. I would like it to be 80% of todays heaviest weight. However scale the weight as necessary.
2. You will be squatting with the hang cleans.

4) Mobility/Stretching
