Notes: Complete a Max Effort set of strict HSPU and without coming off the wall complete a Max Effort set of Kipping HSPU. Rest as needed between rounds. 

3) 15 Minute AMRAP of
5 Strict HSPU
10 Burpees
15 Box Jumps 30/24

4) Not for the complete 3 rounds of
10 Ab Wheel Roll outs
20 Russian Twists

5) Mobility/Stretching
