1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 5 push presses

3) 7 rounds for working time of
50 Double unders
10 Over the bar burpees
3 Push Presses using 80% of todays heaviest weight
60 second rest between rounds

Notes:
1. The scale for double under will be 100 singles
2. The over the bar burpees can be done laterally or bar facing whichever you decide.
3. The push presses will come from the ground during the conditioning effort.
4. You can use the racks while finding your heavy set of 5 push presses
5. To find the working time subtract your rest time from your total time.
