Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 5 Hang (Squat) Cleans

3) For time complete as a descending ladder from 10-1 reps of
Hang Cleans 75/55

1. The Hang cleans are Hang Squat Cleans
2. At 3-2-1 go and then every 2 minutes after complete a 30 Second wall sit. So when the clocks starts you will do a wall sit, then at the 2,4,6,etc… minute mark you will complete the 30 second wall sit again

4) Mobility/Stretching
