1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Take 15 Minutes to find a heavy set of 5 Power Cleans. These do not have to be touch and go. You can drop it each rep as long as you get right back to the bar.

3) For time complete
20 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
25 Burpees
1 mile run
25 Burpees

4) Mobility/Stretching
