2) 20 Minute AMRAP of
75 Double Unders
15 Deadlifts using 60% of your 1RM
75 Double unders
15 Over the Bar Burpees

3) Not for time complete 3 rounds of

20 Russian Twists with KB AHAP

2) 5x3 Power Cleans using 70% of above

3) 5x5 Clean pulls using 85% of your 1RM

20 GHD Sit-ups
