Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In teams of 2 complete for time and total reps

a 2000m Row
a 15 Minute AMRAP of
50 Air Squats
50 Push-ups
50 KB swings 53/70 Russian Style
a 2000m Row

3) Notes:
Each partner must complete half of the meter rows and half of the reps each round of the AMRAP
Feel free to drag the rowers and KB’s outside if its nice and you want to take the workout outside.
if there are more people than rowers then 1 mile run split between the partners is a suitable scale.
