Workout of the Day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 5 hang power cleans
3) Complete 7 rounds for working time of
10 Over the bar burpees
3 Hang Power cleans using 80% of todays heaviest lift
60 second rest between rounds
1. The over the bar burpees do not need to be bar facing. you can go sideways. However both feet must leave the ground together. If you need to scale stepping over is allowed.
2. To find working time subtract your rest time form your total time.
