Workout of the day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Snatch 5-5-5-5-5 reps AHAP.

1. Work up to somewhere between 85-95% of your 5RM and use it for all sets.
2. These do not need to be touch and go.If you drop the bar each rep just get right back to it.
3. We are not looking for a new 5RM.

3) EMOM for 10 Minutes complete the snatch complex
3 snatch pulls + 2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Snatch balance using 75% of todays heaviest lift
