200m Run
10 KB Snatch Left Arm 70/53
250m Row
10 KB Snatch Right Arm 70/53                                                                                                     20 Box Jumps 24/20

The KB Snatches can be done from the hang and there is no squat with them.
Each team member must complete all reps of each movement for the round to count. The run can be done together. Both partners must be back from the run before beginning the other movements. The other movements one will work while the other rests.
