Good job so far this week guy's, let's finish the last half of the week off as good as we started the week. Speaking of end of the week, with it being Labor Day weekend Pioneer Way will be closed down due to the Music Festival the City is hosting. Don't let no street parking detour you from coming to get your workout in. We will have normal classes Friday and Saturday but Monday we will only be holding a 9:00 am class. Enjoy your last long weekend of the summer and be safe.

Also we will be holding another On-Ramp Class starting September 10th, if you know anyone who has been on the fence about starting CrossFit this is a great place to start your CrossFit journey. It's 3 nights a week (Mon, Wed and Fri) at 6:00. It's a two week long program and is included in your first month membership. Help us spread the word, also if you are already a member but are still somewhat new and want to get more comfortable with the fundamental movements you are more then welcome to join this class as well.

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 3 power cleans

3) 6 Rounds for time of
200m Med Ball run 30/20
5 Power Cleans using 85% of todays heaviest lift
Notes: For the run carry a 30/20 (scale as necessary) med ball with you. Carry it however you find works best.
