1) Coach led Warm-up

2) 25 Minute AMRAP of
200 Double unders
100 Sit-ups
50 Box Jumps 24/20

3) Not for time complete 3 rounds of
45 second hollow hold
45 second side plank each side

4) Mobility/Stretching
