For this upcoming Monday September 4th (Labor Day) we are going to have a schedule change. We are only going to hold one morning class at 9AM. Its the last holiday of the summer so come in to take on a fun WOD in the morning and then enjoy the rest of the day with your family and friends.
Workout of the Day:
1) Coach led Warm-up
2) 5 rounds for time complete
100 Double Unders
4 Hill Sprints resting on the walk back down.
