1) Coach led Warm up

2) 6 rounds for working time of

10 SDHP with a KB 70/53

7 KB Snatch Left Arm 70/53

10 KB swing 70/53

7 KB snatch Right Arm 70/53

60 Sec rest between rounds


1. Scale the weight as necessary. However, whatever weight you choose will be used for all KB movements. Challenge yourselves.

2. to find your working time subtract the rest time from the total time.
