Don't forget that Saturday we won't be holding our normal morning classes at the gym. Instead we are heading outdoors to get our workout in. We are going to meet at the base of Mt. Erie at 0900. At 0915 we will begin our workout. It'll be fun and something that everyone can accomplish. If you have any questions ask us via the facebooks, email, or when your in the gym. As we cruise past the middle of the week keep grinding, you all are kicking butt this week. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) 5 Rounds for time of
10 Deadlifts
6 Strict Pull-ups
20 Walking Lunges
6 Strict Pull-ups

Notes: For the Deadlift weight use 55% of your 1RM

3) Mobility/stretching
