General Programming:

1) Coach led Warm-up

 

2) In teams of two complete a 30 min AMRAP of

 

20 Partner wall ball tosses

30 Wall ball sit-ups toss the ball back and forth between partners

100m run as a team

 

3) Mobility

1a) Gut Smash

1b) Couch stretch
