Just a friendly reminder that we will have an on ramp class beginning tomorrow evening at 6PM. It is three times a week Mon, Wed, and Fri and lasts 2 weeks. If you have been on the fence or know someone who is pass the word.

30 Wall Balls 20/14
Weight for the wall balls will be 20/14 both being thrown to a 10ft target. If you can’t reach the 10ft target with the prescribed weight then scale down.
