2) With a partner complete 5 rounds of
250 m row
20 Med Ball Cleans
15 Ring Dips
1. The prescribed weight for the Med Ball Cleans is 30/20
2. Scale the ring dips as needed.
3. Each partner must complete the prescribed number of reps. However it can be split up however the partners see fit.
