1) Coach led Warm-up

2) For time and total reps complete a 5 minute AMRAP of

10 Deadlifts 185/130

10 Pull-ups


75 Box Jumps 24/20


5 minute AMRAP of

10 Deadlifts 185/130

10 Pull-ups


1. The pull-ups can be kipping. If you can not do pull-ups lets do jumping pull-ups for the scale.

2. The box jumps are “jumps” not step ups. Scale height if needed.

3. The deadlifts are not supposed to feel all that heavy. Don’t go heavier, if you feel it is “too easy” go faster.

3) Mobility/Stretching
