Workout of the Day:

1)Coach led warmup

2)  Take 10-15 Minutes to work on Handstand walks
Notes: If you can not walk on your hands work on shoulder touches, handstand holds, wall walks etc…. get with the coach for assistance if needed.

3) 12 Minute AMRAP of
5 HSPU
100m Run
15 Lunges

4) mobility/stretching
