1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) In teams of two
take 10 minutes to find a heavy single power snatch for a combined total
5 minute rest
15 Minute AMRAP of
10 KB snatches (5 each arm) 70/53
10 KB push press (5 each arm) 70/53
Each person must complete a round for it to count.
The KB must be the same weight for both movements so scale as necessary.
