
Workout of the Day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) Clean and Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps AHAP. Work up to around 90-95% of your 5RM and use for all sets. If you do not have a 5RM then find a heavy set of 5 and use for all sets.
3) EMOM for 7 minutes complete the complex
4 deadlifts + 4 hang power cleans + 4 push jerks 135/95
4) Mobility/Stretching
