Workout of the day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3 Reps AHAP. Work up to somewhere between 85-95% of your 3RM and use for all sets. If you do not have a 3RM find a heavy weight and use for all sets. We are not looking for a new 3RM today.

1 Snatch 115/80
70 Double unders

80 Double unders

90 Double unders
5 Snatches 115/80

Notes:
1. Both parts 2 and 3 are “squat snatches”
2. Scale for the double unders is x2 singles
