The first set of workouts have been released for the Team Series. I hope all that are taking part are excited and ready to have some fun. Head over to the CrossFit .com and check out the workouts. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 5 Overhead Squats

3) For time complete 21-15-9 reps of
Overhead Squats using 55% of todays heaviest
Double unders x10

Notes: Complete 21 OHS then 210 Double unders. Next 15 OHS then 150 Double unders. Finally 9 OHS then 90 Double unders.

4) Mobility/Stretching
