Partner workout!!! I hope to see a good turnout tomorrow, team workouts are my favorite, they keep me motivated and I find myself working way harder when teamed up with someone. 

General Programming:

1) Coach led Warm-up

 

2) In teams of two complete the following for time

100 cal row

then

4 rounds of

20 Hang power cleans 145/100

40 Hand release pushups

60 wall ball partner sit-ups (sit up while tossing the ball to your partner) 20/15

then

100 cal row

 

Notes: all reps including the calorie row can be split up by the teams as needed

 

4) Mobility/stretching
