Over the weekend this awesome group of CFOH athletes completed a Full Tough Mudder, give them a high five when you see them in the gym this week they deserve it. Hope to see you all in tomorrow starting your week off right with a Shoulder Press Max day!
Workout of the day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) Shoulder press 7-7-7-7-7 reps increasing weight each set looking for a new 7Rm by the last set.
3) 10 Minute AMRAP of
7 Single arm DB shoulder press left arm
7 Single arm DB shoulder press right arm
Weight for the DB shoulder presses is 50/35 and they are strict presses
