Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 3 hang cleans (these are squat cleans)

3) For time complete 3 rounds of

15 Hang Power Cleans using 70% 0f todays heaviest hang clean

20 over the bar burpees

Notes: The over the bar burpees can be done as bar facing or laterally as long as you jump with both feet leaving the ground together. Stepping over is ok for scaling.

4) Mobility/Stretching
