Workout of the Day: 

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15 Minutes to work on Handstand walks

3) 12 Minute AMRAP of
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Handstand Push-ups
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Walking Lunges

4) Mobility/Stretching

Competition Programming:

1) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 3 Deficit Deadlifts.(Stand on 45 Pound Plates)

2) 5x2 Deficit Deadlifts using 90% of above

3) Accessories
3x7 Dimmel Deadlifts using 225lbs
3x7 Jumping Squats with 95/65 on your back

4) 6 Rounds for time of
15 Power Snatches
30 Double Unders

5) Mobility/Stretching
