Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) 25 Minute AMRAP of
800m Run
50 box jumps
50 situps
1000m row

If there are more people than rowers start half the class on the 800m run and the other half on the 1000m row.

3) Mobility/Stretching
