1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In teams of 2 complete 5 rounds of

40 Med ball clean and toss (30/20) to your partner
100m single arm farmers carry (each partner) switching arms at the turn around 70/53
20 T2B (10 Each partner)

1. The med ball clean and toss: You will do a med ball clean and on the way up from the squat toss it to your partner. Scale the weight as necessary. If you are working as a male/female team use a weight that works for you both.
2. For the farmers carry each person will carry 100m
3. T2B each partner will complete 10 each round

3) mobility/stretching
