Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 7 bench press then 5x5@ 95% of todays heaviest

3) 7 Rounds of

7 Deficit Push-ups (hands on 45 pound plates)

140 single unders

21 Sit-ups

4) Mobility/Stretching
