I saw lots of PR's up on the board today. Each and every time we go for a 1RM I see all these PR's. I couldn't be more happy with everyones progress. Stay motivated and consistent and the numbers will continue to grow.

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 3 Hang Power Cleans

3) Complete as a descending ladder from 15-10 Reps of
Hang Power Cleans using 75% of todays heaviest weight
2 Count Mountain Climbers
4) Mobility/Stretching
