For the community in search of an answer. We at CrossFit Oak Harbor would like to extend our thank you to the community for making our first month an outstanding one. CrossFit in itself may seem intimidating, strength training can seem like it is too much, and pushing yourself harder than you ever have can be down right terrifying. Everyone has their own goals in what they seek. Our gym is an open door laboratory for fitness, and the generally prepared alike. Fear of failing is almost as powerful as the fear of public speaking, but we are striving to make everyone we can better at what they want. Some people come to our gym to get strong, some come to run faster, and some come to get better at climbing. Don’t let the fear of what others may do or say around you stop you from seeing what we can do for you. Endurance, strength, speed, whatever your goals may be, we are here to help you get there.
